Elaine joined Eckell Sparks as an associate attorney in November of 2011. Her practice focuses on personal injury, employment law, family law, and commercial litigation. Elaine is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Elaine received her law degree cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was a Law Faculty Scholar and an Articles and Symposium Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. While in law school, Elaine completed a nine-month honors internship for the Honorable Franklin Van Antwerpen of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and she gained civil litigation experience at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor (Philadelphia, PA regional office). Elaine completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, where she majored in Psychology and graduated with distinction. Elaine earned a Masters degree in Psychology from West Chester University.
Before joining Eckell Sparks, Elaine worked for a large provider of Employee Assistance Program services. In this role, Elaine provided consultations and coaching to managers, human resource representatives, and employees to resolve a variety of organizational, managerial, and personal concerns.
Elaine lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband.
