Michael is an associate in the litigation department of "Eckell Sparks" in Media, PA, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, employment law, and commercial litigation. Michael joined Eckell Sparks in 2006 after practicing in a Center City, Philadelphia law firm.

Michael is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Michael received his J.D. degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he was a senior editor of the Pennsylvania State University International Law Review, was a member of the law school's award-winning National Moot Court Trial Team, which competed in the 2004-2005 National Finals in San Antonio, Texas, and was also inducted into the Order of Barristers. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Government and Politics.

Michael and his wife live in Garnet Valley, PA, where he also serves on the board of directors for his homeowners association.
