Ronald A. Carter joined Eckell, Sparks in May, 2006 and focuses his practice on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law and Employment Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carter worked as an associated with a workers' compensation defense firm handling workers' compensation litigation for insurance carriers and third party administrators for three years. Prior to that, Mr. Carter worked for a general practice firm in which he handled primarily criminal and personal injury litigation.

Mr. Carter received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 1999 and his law degree cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2002. During law school, Mr. Carter maintained an externship with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and was part of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Program.

Mr. Carter was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2002 and is also admitted to the United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Carter was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and he currently resides in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania with his wife, Nancy and their two children, Madalyn and Gavin.
