Michael J. Davey

Michael J. Davey joined Eckell Sparks in 2006 after practicing in a Philadelphia law firm. 

Michael is admitted to the bars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  His practice is mainly in the area of litigation.  While attending Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, Michael was a Senior Editor of the Pennsylvania State University International Law Review, a member of the school’s National Moot Court Trial Team, which competed in the 2004-2005 National Finals in San Antonio, Texas, was inducted into the Order of Barristers, and was chosen for Who’s Who: American Law Students.  Michael did his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Government and Politics. 

Michael resides in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.  He is active in the community and is a long-time resident of Delaware County.
