Matthew J. Bilker, Esq. and Patrick T. Henigan, Esq. have been elected to the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) House of Delegates. Each will serve a three-year term and join fellow Attorney Craig B. Huffman, Esq., representing Delaware County Zone 9.

Created in 1966, the PBA House of Delegates is the association’s policymakers, exercising all members’ voting rights, including matters affecting PBA policy administration and amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or bylaws. The House of Delegates, which consists of both voting and non-voting members, is authorized to judge the election and member qualifications, control membership dues, and approve increases.

The mission of the PBA House of Delegates, which aligns with Eckell Sparks’ own mission, is charged with upholding the following for the legal community and citizens of Pennsylvania:
