Bilker, Esq. has been named to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, two of the most prestigious trial lawyer organizations in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have achieved million- and multi-million-dollar verdicts, awards, or settlements, with fewer than one percent of lawyers nationwide qualifying.

With this honor, Matthew joins fellow Eckell Sparks Partner Leonard A. Sloane, Esq. Len brings nearly 50 years of experience representing victims of auto accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury claims. As Chair of Eckell Sparks’ Litigation and Personal Injury Department, Len is widely recognized for his experience, strategic advocacy, and decades-long commitment to client-focused representation.

Matthew focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, general civil litigation, and municipal law, representing clients in cases involving nursing home and hospice neglect, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, product liability, and general negligence. A seasoned trial attorney, he has handled countless jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, earning a reputation for meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and client-focused representation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and serves on the Executive Board of the Delaware County Bar Association (DCBA). Matthew has also presented continuing legal education programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the DCBA.

Beyond his legal practice, Matthew has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service. He has served on the Marple Newtown School District Board of Directors since 2014 and was elected Board President in 2020, advocating for quality education and responsible governance. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he served as Business Editor of the Widener Law Review and was a member of the Moe Levine Honor Society for Trial Advocacy.
