The Young Lawyers’ Section of the Delaware County Bar Association held its annual board elections for 2020 at the final monthly meeting of the year on December 5, 2019.  The open board positions for 2020 included Vice President/President-elect, Treasurer and Secretary.

Eckell Sparks Associate Attorney, Christopher M. Brown, was elected as Treasurer for 2020 of the Young Lawyers Section and will be responsible for managing the finances of the Section for the upcoming year.  Chris’ prior Bar Association involvement includes presenting at the last three (3) annual Bench Bar Conferences on the topic of Orphans’ Court Caselaw, serving as the 2017 Assistant Editor of the Legal Journal and as the 2018 Editor of the Legal Journal, and most recently having served as District Co-Coordinator of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Competition.

Chris will continue his regular Estates practice for the firm in addition to beginning his new role on January 1, 2020.
