CATHERINE T. DUFFY
Catherine focuses her practice on wills, trusts and tax planning as well as estate administration. She is known for being a responsive and approachable. She is dedicated to working with her clients to determine their goals and then formulating a tax efficient estate or business plan to best fit their needs.
When the time comes to administer an estate, Catherine provides compassionate and comprehensive service. During what is sometimes the most difficult time in their lives, Catherine assists executors in fulfilling their duties from probate, to filing all required tax returns through final distribution.
Catherine received her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. She has served as an adjunct professor at Widener University Law Center. She is currently pursuing her Master of Laws in Taxation at Temple University.
Catherine belongs to the Delaware County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council. Catherine is currently and frequently selected as a Main Line Today Top Lawyer and a Delaware County Daily Times Top Lawyer.
Catherine lives in Delaware County. She spends her free time with her husband, four children and large extended family.
