Coronavirus Update

March 25, 2020

The attorneys and staff in our Estates, Wills and Trusts Department have never worked harder to serve our clients than we are during this pandemic.

Many of our clients are now taking the time to either review their estate planning documents or begin to plan for disability or prolonged illness.  We are here NOW to discuss the planning process and assist you in preparing and executing those documents.

There has been increased demand to update estate planning documents such as Wills and lifetime documents such as Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives, or to create these instruments for the first time.  These documents are of particular significance during the current state of emergency.  In addition to video teleconferencing, we have been accommodating our clients with a Notary Service that will assist in the safe execution of documents AT YOUR LOCATION with social distancing as the primary objective (event through a glass barrier if necessary).

We will do whatever we can to help you with these services in this trying time. Please let us know if you need help.
