Eckell Sparks Attorneys at Law are pleased to announce that Leonard A. Sloane and Michael J. Davey have planned and are moderating and presenting at the 38th Annual Auto Law Seminar. This seminar is targeted to attorneys who handle auto cases in Pennsylvania and will count for five Substantive and one Ethics CLE credits. Leonard A. Sloane will be leading the seminar as the course planner and moderator.
Due to the COVID-19 CVC restrictions, this year’s seminar will be a 3-day series held via webcast on May 15, May 19 and May 21, 2020. The subjects that will be discussed at this year’s event include a review of the MVFRL and case law, interpretation of diagnostic tests, modern discovery tools and much more. Additionally, those who attend the seminar will have the opportunity to hear from experienced Common Pleas Court Judges about important courtroom procedures and inside court knowledge.
